Spiced Cocoa Lamb Chop
One doesn’t usually think cocoa when cooking lamb but don’t worry the lamb can take it! A great combination is fire and chocolate so don’t be alarmed when the cocoa rubbed chop is very dark. Just be sure to use your thermometer and remember to leave the grill in a timely fashion.
