This pork green chile recipe was the beginning of coming up with our Pork Green Chile Snack Stick! Cooked low and slow, pork shanks are hard to beat. There's so much rich flavor and a little bit of heat that makes this meal absolutely to die for. You can also use a boston butt roast for this recipe, but we prefer the shanks just because the bone marrow adds flavors and nutrients that are so nourishing on those crisp fall days!
