Rare & Unfortunate Issues

We try our best, but we're human. Sometimes mistakes happen or our system fails. Here are some things that might happen from time to time:

  • My shipment was delayed.
  • The shipper lost my package.
  • The shipped did some crazy damage to my package.
  • We shipped you the wrong thing.
  • My meat arrived and it was above 40F, warm, or spoiled.

How We Can Resolve Things

Since food is perishable, we do NOT accept returns. However, we can offer you:

  • Store credit;
  • A refund your card; or
  • A replacement order for any damaged or spoiled items. 

*Credit will be given for the product price plus any associated shipping costs.

How to Report An Issue

Please let us know about any issues with your order within 24 hours of receiving it or ASAP. Here's how to do it:

  1. Get the appropriate info together.
    1. The order number or name of the product.
    2. A little description of what happened. We love pictures, especially when an item is damaged or defective.
    3. How you'd like to resolve it - a store credit, a refund to your card, or a replacement.
