Ground Chicken Burger Recipe

For a fun alternative to a traditional burger, give our juicy chicken burgers a try! These are super easy to make and so delicious. Pro-tip: Do not leave out the mayo. The mayo is crucial in keeping the burgers moist and juicy since chicken is naturally a super lean meat. Even if you don't like mayonnaise, I promise the flavor doesn't come out in the burger!
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Chicken
- (1/2 cup) Italian Breadcrumbs
- (2 tablespoons) Mayonnaise
- (2 tablespoons) Minced Onions
- (1, minced) Garlic Clove
- (1/2 teaspoon) Paprika
- (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- (1/4 teaspoon) black pepper
- Hamburger buns for serving

Directions
- In a medium bowl, add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, onions, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Use your hands to combine all the ingredients together until well combined, but don’t over mix.
- Form into 4 patties, about ¾ inch thick. Press down in the middle of each patty with your thumb to ensure the patties don’t puff up in the middle.
- Crank the grill up to 450 and cook for about 5-6 mins on each side or until internal temp reaches 165.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the burgers reaches 165°F. If they need more time, reduce the heat slightly and continue cooking until fully done.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
