Nourished by Nature-Inspired Easter Meal
Although there will most definitely still be snow banks piled high here in North Dakota this Easter, we're doing our best to give you inspiration for an unforgettable Easter meal. Here we attempted to use things that are in season (or will be soon) and use a lot of ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry at home.
So, let's get right to it!
Here's the menu:
- Spring Veggie and Beef Bacon Frittata Bites- can be served as an appetizer or along with the main meal
- Goat Cheese and Pickled Beet Salad
- Candied Pecans- to be served with the salad or on the side
- Maple Baked Ham
