Ground Chicken

Ground chicken is such a versatile product that can be used and substituted in many different dishes. Some of our personal favorites are meatballs and stir-fry's. Due to the fact that it is very lean, depending on the dish you are using it in, we would recommend adding some broth to it as you cook it to keep it moist.
