This is our country style sausage recipe with a cajun twist! Without too much kick, these are the perfect addition to a gumbo or a cajun pasta. Made with 100% pastured pork.

Store and Thaw

Will last a year in the freezer. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, will last 1-2 days in the fridge.
