Lamb Gyro Meat Ends

These are the ends and pieces of our traditional gyro meat product. Instead of being sliced it is in more of a chunk. It's got the same great flavor and texture, it is just going to be a little bit thicker than what you are used too. You can cut them after pulling them out of the package or keep them thick and get creative at how you use them. Normally when we eat them we cut them into little pieces and fry them up that way instead of having them in a chunk or slice.
