Store and Thaw

For space, a good rule of thumb is one cubic foot for every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat. So, this 15 lb bundle will take up about a little less than 1/2 cubic foot in your freezer.

Will last a year in the freezer. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat and bacon should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Larger roasts and chops should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
