Although pâté sounds fancy, it's actually quite easy to make. Sauté chicken livers with onions, garlic, and herbs (and a splash of brandy if you'd like) until just cooked through. Then blend with ample butter until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Chill to set, and serve with crusty bread or crackers. Yum!
