The 1/4 beef offers a great variety of ground beef, steaks, roasts, and collagen-rich cuts in a medium sized package.
A quarter beef is 100 lbs of frozen beef. A good rule of thumb is one cubic foot for every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat so this bundle will take up roughly three cubic feet in your freezer (The box pictured on the left in the product photo is one cubic foot).
*Please note that due to the nature of processing, sometimes we don't always get the exact cuts and/or sizes of cuts that we ask for. Therefore, the products listed below may vary slightly however the weight and relative value will be the same.*
This product will be available for pick-up and/or delivery the third week of December.

Additional Ordering Information:
- Your card will not be charged until your order is packed and ready to be shipped or delivered. This typically happens within 48 hrs of your delivery date (on or after Dec 11th).
2. If you are a "Next Day Speedee" customer, you can expect your order to arrive on Tuesday, December 16th.
If you are a "Midwest", "UPS 2 Day Air" or "UPS 2 Day Ground" customer, you can expect your bulk beef bundle to be delivered on either Wednesday, December 17th.
*If you'd like to order other products within the same ordering window, you will have to place a separate order for those items.*
3. If you are a customer picking up your order at one of our delivery locations, then your bulk beef bundle will be ready for you when we deliver on the following days:
