Spiced Cocoa Goat Chop
One doesn’t usually think cocoa when cooking goat but don’t worry the goat can take it! A great combination is fire and chocolate so don’t be alarmed when the cocoa rubbed chop is very dark. Just be sure to use your thermometer and remember to leave the grill in a timely fashion. Goat should be left rare for the best flavor, but it needs a little help in the breaking down of proteins to make it a tender delicious meal.
