Moroccan Rub Loin Chops
Here is a delicious rub that pairs well with lamb. This recipe is quick and easy for those evenings when time is running short.

  • (1 Package (2 chops)) Lamb Loin Chops
  • (2 tbsp.) Olive Oil
  • (1/2 tbsp.) Ground Cumin
  • (1 tsp.) Ground Turmeric
  • (1/2 tsp.) Paprika
  • (1/2 tsp.) Coriander
  • (1/2 tsp.) Salt
  • (1/2 tsp.) Red Pepper Flakes
  • (1 clove) Garlic
  • (1 wedged) Lemon


Preheat a cast-iron skillet to high heat. Baste the thawed chops with some olive oil so that the rub has a nice binder to stick to. Finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to a bowl with the other dry ingredients. Mix well. Rub the blend on to each side of the chops. Place the chops in the hot skillet and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn them once. Serve with a fresh wedge of lemon.
