Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Here is a very simple Asian inspired pork tenderloin recipe with few ingredients, but amazing flavor!
  • Prep Time:
  • Cook Time:
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • (1) Pork Tenderloin Roast
  • (1/2 cup) Soy Sauce
  • (1/2 cup) Water
  • (4 cloves) Garlic
  • (1 tsp.) Ginger
  • (4 tbsp.) Brown Sugar
  • (1 tsp.) Sesame Seeds
  • (4 tbsp.) Hoisin Sauce

Directions

First, mince your garlic cloves and ginger (if fresh). Then, in a plastic bag, add the soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and pork tenderloin. Let marinate in the fridge for one hour (or longer if you have time).

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put a cast-iron skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Pull the pork tenderloin out and sear all sides until brown. Pour the hoison sauce over the loin and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the tenderloin in the oven for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork is 165 degrees. Pull from the oven and let rest 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
