Tasty Family Inspiration

Our family loves a bold rub on pork tenderloin. Try smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar for a sweet and smoky profile. Add cayenne or chili powder for a kick of heat, or ground mustard and rosemary for a more herbaceous rub. Let the rub sit on the meat for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) before roasting or grilling.

Store and Thaw

Will last a year in the freezer. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, will last 2-3 days in the fridge.
