Herb-Marinated Lamb Rib Chops

This is a great marinade recipe that can be used for any cut of lamb.

Ingredients
- (4 Chops) Lamb Rib Chops
- (1 Tbsp.) Fresh Mint
- (3 Tbsp.) Olive Oil
- (1 Tbsp.) Herbs de Provence
- (2 Cloves, minced) Garlic
- (1 (Juice of)) Lemon
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a ziploc bag. Add the chops and let marinate for 30 min to 1 hour.
Pick a fry pan that won't overcrowd the lamb. Sprinkle lamb with more herbs de Provence to coat.Heat 1 Tbsp. of olive oil on medium-high heat and add the lamb. Set timer for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, turn the chops to the other side for another 6 min. Remove from pan, let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
