Chianti Beef Shanks

This is an easy recipe packed full of great flavor that comes from pairing the marrow of the shanks with a great red wine.

Ingredients
- (2 packages) Shanks
- (1 bottle) Chianti wine
- (10) Garlic cloves
- (2 tbsp) Black pepper
- (1 tbsp) Sea Salt
Directions
Peel the garlic cloves.
Add all ingredients into a dutch oven (the beef shanks can still be frozen when added)
Cook at 250o F for 6-7 hours in the oven.
Serve with your favorite side dishes for a great meal!
