Our family loves a traditional gyro. We quickly crisp up this gyro meat in a skillet (not necessary, but we like it that way). We slather a pita with hummus and pile the gyro meat on top. Then, we top it with sliced tomato, diced cucumber, sliced onions, tsatziki sauce, and feta cheese. Yum!

Store and Thaw
