I don’t know about you, but meat and cheese have is a favorite snack in our family, for kids and grown ups alike! No bread required, just meat and cheese. But, if you're a bread lover, this sausage is also excellent on sandwiches. A great addition to meat and cheese trays, too.

When you raise beef regeneratively, it's not only better for the planet, but it also packs more nutrition. Regeneratively raised beef can have up to 75% more nutrient density compared to conventional beef.

Did you know? For every 1lb of beef raised regeneratively, about 3.5lb of carbon is sequestered. But, for every 1lb of conventional feedlot beef, about 26lb of carbon is emitted. Woah!

Store and Thaw

It's shelf stable! Will keep up to two months at room temperature or in the fridge (in our opinion, it's better cold though). Once opened, use within a few days.
