Box Deal - Make your own Broth!
This bundle of pastured pork bones was curated with ramen night in mind! You get ~4 lbs of bones that fit perfectly in a big stockpot. Blanch them first, then keep them at a rolling boil for hours. That's the secret to the creamy, cloudy, collagen-rich broth tonkotsu is famous for. Restaurant-style ramen, right in your own kitchen!
Never made tonkotsu before? It takes time, but it's mostly hands-off. Ladle it over noodles with a soft-boiled egg, green onions, and a drizzle of chili oil. Extra broth freezes beautifully for quick ramen nights later.
Hocks and shanks are loaded with collagen and gelatin, which is what gives tonkotsu its rich, silky body. Simmered for hours, the bones release minerals into every spoonful. Cozy comfort food that actually nourishes.
Our pigs are raised outdoors on regeneratively managed land, where they root, forage, and help turn over the soil naturally. Happy pigs, healthier land.
Plus, using the whole animal means nothing goes to waste. Way to be a changemaker!
