A flavorful but lean roast. Rump roast can be quite tough if not cooked properly. The key is cooking low and slow. This breaks down all that connective tissue, making the final meal tender and amazing.

Coat with your favorite cooking fat and herbs. Sear and then put in a roasting pan with a little liquid. Roast, covered at 225F, for 1.5-2.5 hours until done.
