Fresh Side Pork

Our fresh side pork is basically thick-cut bacon... but without any smoking, added salt, or any ingredients at all. Add salt and pepper and any flavorings you like! 

Tasty Family Inspiration

Our friends Ryan and Jess made the best melt-in-your-mouth pork side. Here's how they do it:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 
  2. Lay the side pork on a sheet pan and season generously with salt, pepper, and dried basil. 
  3. Bake it for about 15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. The longer it bakes, the crispier it gets.
  4. A few mins before the side pork is done, drizzle with maple syrup so it has a chance to crystallize in the oven.

Store and Thaw

Will last a year in the freezer. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, will last 1-2 days in the fridge.
