For space, a good rule of thumb is one cubic foot for every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat. So, this 20lb bundle will take up a little over 0.5 cubic feet in your freezer.
Will last a year in the freezer. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat, meat pieces, and bones should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks, roasts, and ribs should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
