For example, if you want a different lean % of ground beef, we can sub in the 90%, 75%, or 65% lean for the 85%. Or if you don't want as many steaks and would like more roasts, we can most likely make that happen. We'll do our best to accommodate!
When you raise beef regeneratively, it's not only better for the planet, but it also packs more nutrition. Regeneratively raised beef can have up to 75% more nutrient density compared to conventional beef.
Did you know? For every 1lb of beef raised regeneratively, about 3.5lb of carbon is sequestered. But, for every 1lb of conventional feedlot beef, about 26lb of carbon is emitted. Woah!
So, for each 200lb bundle of Nourished by Nature regenerative beef you buy, you're sequestering 700lb of carbon right back into our soil. Way to be a changemaker!
For space, a good rule of thumb is one cubic foot for every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat. So, this 200lb bundle will take up about 6 cubic feet in your freezer.
Will last a year in the freezer. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat and fajita meat should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks and roasts should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
