Stuffed Pork Chops
This pork chop recipe is simple and easy to make on a tight time schedule.
  • Prep Time:
  • Cook Time:
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • (1/2 cup) Bread Crumbs
  • (4 chops) Pork Boneless Loin Chops
  • (8 slices) Havarti Cheese
  • (1/2 lb.) Chopped Spinach
  • (3 tbsp.) Horseradish Sauce
  • (1 cup) Bread Crumbs
  • (1 tsp.) Cajun Seasoning
  • (1 tbsp.) Butter

Directions

Thaw the chops and preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with melted butter. Cut a small opening on non-fat side of each chop. Try to keep the opening small, but work the knife back and forth in the chop to create a pocket. Stuff each chop with spinach and two slices of cheese. Spread the horseradish sauce over each chop. Shake the bread crumbs all over each chop and cover completely. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning. Place on the baking sheet and bake in oven for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
