Ingredients
- (1 lb (2- 8 oz. bags)) Uncooked Guardian Grains Pasta
- (3 Cups) Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
- (8 oz.) Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls, cut in half
- (1 lb. Cut into Bite Sized Pieces) Beef Smoked Bologna
- (3/4 Cup) Kalamata Olives, sliced
- (3/4 Cup) Pepperoncini (optional)
- (1/2 Cup) Sliced Red Onion
- (1/2 Cup) Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions

For the Italian Pasta Salad Dressing:
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1-2 Tbsp. Coarse Sea Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 2 tsp. each Dry Oregano and Dry Basil
- Black Pepper to Taste
- Fresh Herbs if you have them! I add fresh parsley, chives and basil from my garden.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Blend up the dressing, or shake together in a jar.
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Keep in fridge for 2-3 days. I think it actually tastes best the day after you make it; after the flavors have a chance to meld!
