Jamaican Me Crazy Burger

Add some Caribbean flare to your burger with this spice-mix.

Ingredients
- (1 Tbsp.) Garlic Powder
- (2 Tsp.) Cayenne Pepper
- (2 Tsp.) Onion Powder
- (2 Tsp.) Dried Thyme
- (2 Tsp.) Dried Parsley
- (2 Tsp.) Sugar
- (2 Tsp.) Salt
- (1 Tsp.) Paprika
- (1 Tsp.) Allspice
- (1/2 Tsp.) Black Pepper
- (1/2 Tsp.) Crushed Red Pepper
- (1/2 Tsp.) Nutmeg
- (1/4 Tsp.) Cinnamon
- (1 Medium Size) Jicama
- (1 Pepper) Red Pepper
- (1/4 Cup) Cilantro
- (4 oz.) Salad Girl Citrus Splash Fresh
- (2 Pkgs.) Ground Beef - 75% Lean Patties
Directions
Thaw out a couple packages of our Ground Beef 75% Lean Patties
In a bowl, add the following ingredients: Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Onion Powder, Dried Thyme, Dried Parsley, Sugar, Salt, Paprika, Allspice, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon. Mix together and then season the patties on both sides. Grill or pan-fry on medium heat to your liking.
Jicama Slaw:
While your burgers are cooking; julienne jicama and red pepper. Put into bowl and add the cilantro and dressing. Mix together and serve on your burgers when done!
