Homemade Apple Sauce

A super quick and easy way to use the apples from your garden!

Ingredients
- (6 lbs) Organic Apples
- (1 Cup) Filtered Water
- (2 Tbsp.) Lemon Juice
- (1 Tbsp.) Maple Syrup - Pint
- (1 tsp.) Cinnamon
- (1 tsp.) Pure Vanilla
Directions
Peel and core all your apples, dicing them into small, consistent pieces.
Once diced, add the apples to a pot with the water, lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until apples are soft. (About 10 mins).
Pour the apple mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator for up to four days or if you want to preserve your apple sauce, pour into half pint jars, add 1/8 tsp. Citric Acid to each jar, and put into hot water bath for 10 mins.
