Hearty Mac-N-Cheese with Beef Bacon

Ingredients
- (1 pkg.) Beef Bacon Ends (Sugar Free)
- (4 tbsp.) Unsalted Butter
- (1/3 cup) All-Purpose Flour
- (3 cups) Whole Milk
- (3 cups) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- (1/2 tsp.) Paprika
- (1 lb.) Macaroni
- (1 lb.) Macaroni
- (to taste) Salt and Pepper
Directions
Brown Nourished by Nature Beef Bacon in the oven or a frying pan. Set aside.Bring a stock pot of water seasoned with salt to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and set aside. Toss with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium -high heat. Add flour and whisk to combine. Cook for one minute and then add warmed milk and over the medium heat whisk until it becomes bubbly and thickened. Add grated cheese and stir until smooth. Turn off heat and add paprika, salt and pepper to taste.In a greased casserole dish combine the cheese sauce, Beef Bacon (reserve some for garnish) and the pasta. Bake covered for 30 minutes in a 350 oven. After 30 minutes remove the cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with reserved Beef Bacon.Bon Appetite’!
