- (1#) Diced Ham (Smoked & Uncured)
- (1#) Navy Beans
- (1 quart) Chicken Broth
- (2, diced) Carrots
- (1 stick, diced) Celery
- (1, diced) Onion
- (1) Bay Leaf
- (1 tsp.) Black Pepper
- (1 quart) Water
If using non-canned navy beans, soak overnight.
Dice the carrots, celery and onion.
Place all ingredients in the slow-cooker.
Cook on low for 12 hours.
Serve with your favorite bread and enjoy!
