Dry Rub Seasoning Mix

A flavor-packed dry rub that is sure to elevate any cut of meat! It works particularly well with our beef and pork ribs.

Ingredients
- (1/3 cup, packed) Light or dark brown sugar
- (1 tbsp) Onion powder
- (1 tbsp) Garlic Powder
- (1 tbsp) Smoked Paprika
- (1 1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1 1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (1 1/2 tsp) Chipotle Powder
- (1 1/2 tsp) Red Chili Flakes
- (1 1/2 tsp) Ground Cumin
- (1 1/2 tsp) Ground Coriander
- (1 1/2 tsp) Ground Mustard
Directions
Measure all ingredients in a small bowl and thoroughly mix to incorporate all the spices.
Rub on all sides of your favorite cut of meat.
*Dry rubs are generally applied right before cooking, however, they can be applied a few hours prior to cooking to increase the flavor profile.*
