Dry Rub Seasoning Mix

A flavor-packed dry rub that is sure to elevate any cut of meat! It works particularly well with our beef and pork ribs.

Ingredients

  • (1/3 cup, packed) Light or dark brown sugar
  • (1 tbsp) Onion powder
  • (1 tbsp) Garlic Powder
  • (1 tbsp) Smoked Paprika
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Salt
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Chipotle Powder
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Red Chili Flakes
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Ground Cumin
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Ground Coriander
  • (1 1/2 tsp) Ground Mustard

Directions

Measure all ingredients in a small bowl and thoroughly mix to incorporate all the spices. 

Rub on all sides of your favorite cut of meat. 


*Dry rubs are generally applied right before cooking, however, they can be applied a few hours prior to cooking to increase the flavor profile.*
