Fall 2021 Bulk Beef Offer

Hi there!

We have a few different harvest dates set up with the processor at the end of October. After the beef hang for 2 weeks, they'll be cut, wrapped and ready to go by mid November.


Once you place your order for reservation, we'll e-mail you a cut sheet and let you know when it is due back to us. In order to keep your reservation, we'll need your cut sheet by the specified time provided in the email.


We will then send you an invoice for an amount based off of the hanging weight for your quarter, half, or whole. Hanging weights vary, but we usually estimate 550# for a whole, 275# for a half, and 135# for a quarter.

The beef will dry age for two weeks and then Hazen Meat Processing will cut it. Once they are finished, they will e-mail you an invoice for the processing. This cost can vary depending on what you have cut, but we usually figure an additional $1.20/# for processing. Please note that Hazen Meats must be paid before they allow anything to be picked up. Options for pick-up are listed below!

3 Scheduled Delivery Pick-up

Quarter, Half, or Whole can be picked up at one of our scheduled delivery locations in Bismarck, Fargo, Minot, Dickinson, Watford City, Jamestown or Washburn.
