Maple Grilled Ham

Ingredients
1 Nourished by Nature ham
2 cups apple cider or apple juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
10-15 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 oranges
Directions
Slice oranges and lay on the bottom of a foil pan. Crosshatch the fat side of the ham and place onto the orange slices with the fat side up. Put cloves into the crosshatched cuts. In a small bowl, mix the apple cider, maple syrup, and dijon mustard. Pour the mix over the ham and allow it to drain into the pan. Grill (or bake) at 325 degrees for approxinmately 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 160 degrees. Remove from the heat source and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
