Egg Bake

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup green bell pepper

2 cups of cubed ham, bacon, or smoked sausage

1 cup grated cheese

1 dz. eggs

1 cup milk

24 oz. thawed frozen hashbrowns

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

Fresh Parsley


Cook your meat first. Brown the onion and green bell pepper. Add the meat and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, hashbrowns, salt and pepper together. Add the two mixtures together and put in 9x13" pan. Top with more grated cheese and fresh parsley. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
