This price of a whole beef is $3.25/lb of carcass weight. You will receive approximately 360 lbs of finished cuts of your choosing.
The hanging weight is typically 550# average.
Please note that the above pricing is approximate and that you will be charged based off of what your whole beef weighs on the rail. The pricing also does NOT include Hazen's processing fees (~$1.20/# on the hanging weight) which you will be responsible for.
