A quarter beef is $3.75/lb of carcass weight. You will receive approximately 80 lbs of finished cuts of your choosing.
Quarter beef will typically weigh 135# hanging weight.
Please note that the above pricing is approximate and that you will be charged based off of what your quarter weighs on the rail. The pricing also does NOT include Hazen's processing fees (~$1.20/# on the hanging weight) which you will be responsible for.
