The price of a half beef is $3.50/lb of carcass weight. You will receive approximately 180 lbs of finished cuts of your choosing.
Half beef will typically weigh approx. 275# hanging weight.
Please note that the above pricing is approximate and that you will be charged based off of what your half weighs on the rail. The pricing also does NOT include Hazen's processing fees (~$1.20/# on the hanging weight) which you will be responsible for.
